Modify and Cancel Order

The technology supporting our online purchase system was developed and designed to support customers in making accurate, easy and swift purchases. Customers are requested to carefully consider, review and be absolutely sure of their product purchase before confirming the order. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify and cancel the order. If customers are unsure of products prior purchase, they may contact our friendly support line for assistance.

Product Availability

Availability of product is displayed on the online store at the time of purchase. Your order will be sent to you once you have successfully confirmed and made payment.

Note: Products in your shopping cart do not mean that the products are reserved for you. You have to check out and make payment first and then the product is reserved for you. Customers are to take note of this so as to avoid any misunderstanding.

Processing Order

We have the right to cancel your order if we are unable to validate and confirm your payment. If your order is mistakenly accepted when there is a system failure or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment in full.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that we will only accept an exchange if the problem is related to the electrical components, for example, the dimmer, electrical cable and bulb holder. These items are manufactured by a 3rd party. Defects in these items will only be accepted by us within 30 days after you receive your product/s. Replacement of defect parts is free and includes free shipping. There will be no exchange or replacement for salt rocks and marble bases.
